How do I reset my password?
If you know your current password and you want to change it, you can do so by logging into the Palia login page and clicking the "Update" button in the Password tab. You will need to input your current password again, and the new password twice. Hit save, and you're done!
Forgot Your Password?
If you've forgotten your password, these steps will help walk you through the "Forgot Your Password" process.

Once you access the Palia login page to log in and if you entered the wrong password, you will see a "Forget your password" text below the submit button. Click on that and it will direct you to the forgot your password site. Or you can also opt to go here instead.
2. Type in the email address associated with your account.
- Click submit and it should direct you to this text
- You should receive an email confirming the password reset request.
- Click the "reset password" link in the email.
- A browser tab will open to a page prompting you to select a new password.
- Enter a new password.
Password Requirements

- Must be between 8 and 256 characters in length
- Must contain both upper and lower-case characters
- Must contain at least one non-alphanumeric character
- Must contain at least one number
- Re-type the new password.
- Click submit to complete the password reset. You're done! 🎉
⚠️ Note that password requirements should be met. The website will prompt an error and will not allow you to submit the password if one of the requirements is not followed to create a new password. Or if the password was also not re-typed correctly in the “confirm password” field
