What payment methods do you accept?

Not all payment methods will be available in all countries/regions. At the moment we accept the following:

  • Most major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Union Pay, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Link

  • Some bank redirects

  • Steam payment methods
  • Nintendo Switch payment methods

Note: Our main payment provider, Stripe pulls up the payment options that are available to you based on your physical location as well as current browser settings. If you are not getting all the options, please ensure that you have a payment method saved in your browser. You can follow the instructions on Google's website for adding a payment method.

What are your current supported currencies?

We support the following currencies:

  • US Dollars - USD - Exclusive of sales tax

  • Canadian Dollars - CAD - Exclusive of sales tax

  • Euros - EUR - Inclusive of VAT

  • British Pounds - GBP - Inclusive of VAT

The cost of coins and their pricing will vary depending on the local currency of your country or region. If your local currency isn't available, the prices will be displayed in US dollars.

If you accidentally bought a Palia coin pack in USD and expected that it’s equivalent to your local currency, feel free to check our Refund Policy guide or reach out to Player Support for us to further assist you.

What can I purchase in-game?

We've got different packages of Palia Coins for you! You can use these coins to buy cosmetics from the Premium store.

How do I know if my purchase was successful?

Once you have successfully purchased Palia Coins, the amount should immediately appear in your balance, a notification message should also appear on the screen after clicking ”Pay”. Additionally, you should also receive an email linked to your Palia account confirming the transaction. If in any case, the Palia coins did not automatically appear in your balance, you can try to:

  • Exit on the checkout page and re-open your premium store
  • Restart the game
  • Wait for 30 minutes to 1 hour
  • Check your email if you were able to receive an electronic receipt

If you still haven’t received your Palia coins and you got charged, contact Player Support for assistance. We would also highly encourage you to attach your electronic receipt to your ticket.

I’m trying to purchase Palia coins but it won’t go through. What could be causing this?

There are several reasons why a purchase might not go through:

  • The store/game might be down or under maintenance - If this is the case, kindly wait for the maintenance to finish and make sure that your game’s version is up to date.

  • You might have a poor internet connection which can cause the payment to fail - Make sure that you have a good internet connection when trying to make a purchase. Feel free to follow this guide on how to check your ping.

  • There might be an issue with the current payment method that you are using - We suggest that you try using a different payment method if this is the case.

  • Incorrect payment details - make sure to enter the correct payment information on the checkout page.

  • Your payment might not be valid, or the transaction is being denied by your bank - several factors might trigger this. If you’re unsure why this is happening, it’s best to check with your bank.

  • Issues with the payment page - If this occurs, kindly try to do basic troubleshooting first such as restarting your game or re-opening the checkout page. If it is still not yet resolved, you can submit a ticket here explaining the issue.

I did not receive my Palia Coins but my card was charged. What should I do?

There could be a delay in the processing system. Kindly wait for 30 minutes to 1 hour. If it still has not been reflected on your account, check if you received a receipt in your email confirming that your purchase went through. Contact Player Support via the Billing request form and attach your receipt (if applicable). We will make sure to help verify your transaction.

My card information was automatically saved while I purchased Palia coins, can I ask for it to be deleted?
