ποΈ Account Deletion
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all data associated with it.
What Happens:

Your entire account will be deactivated.

All game progress, achievements, and virtual items will be lost.

Your personal data (email, username, etc.) will be permanently deleted.

You will no longer receive updates or promotional emails.
Where to Submit a Request:
- Click Account Deletion & Data Privacy requests
- Select request type(s)
- Fill in the necessary information

π Character Deletion
Want a fresh start without losing purchases or your account? This is the option for you.
What Happens:

Only your in-game character and progress are deleted.

All purchases (skins, items, etc.) remain linked to your account.

You can create a new character and continue playing.
Where to Submit a Request:
- Click In-Game: Skills, Quests, or Content Refunds
- Select "Character Help" then "Character Deletion (Restart Character)"
- Fill in any necessary information
β Best choice if you want to restart your game but keep your account and items.
π Unlinking Your Device or Console
Unlinking disconnects your Palia account from a specific platform like Steam, Nintendo Switch, PS5, or Xbox Series X|S.
What Happens:

Your account is unlinked from the current device or platform.

If your account is properly linked (via email/login), all progress and purchases are preserved.

Youβll be sent back to the account linking page to log in or skip again.
Where to Submit a Request:
- Click Account Management: Access, Creation, Recovery
- Select "Account Linking" then add your Character Name

If you unlink a local account (not linked to an email or you skipped the linking process in the login page), your data will be lost permanently and cannot be recovered.
