The Account Deletion & Data Privacy Requests form is for full account deletions only. For character deletions/game resets, select "In-Game: Skills, Quest, or Content Refunds" and choose "Character Help" then "Character Deletions"; for unlinking requests, select "Account Management: Access, Creation, Recovery" and then "Account Linking."
