Interact prompt [F] can sometimes disappear

Issue Description: Sometimes the Interaction Prompt [F] can disappear when interacting with an NPC, loot, Stables, or any item with a UI, making it unavailable to interact with an object.
Platform(s) Affected: PC
Workaround: Walk away from the item you want to interact with slightly, and then approach it again. The [F] prompt should become available again.
