Unable to receive purchased Palia coins in Nintendo Switch

Issue Description: When purchasing coins in Switch, you experience not being able to receive them
Platform(s) affected: Nintendo Switch
Workaround:

  • Kindly wait within 24hrs for the purchase to reflect on your account
  • Try to fully re-open your store first by clicking the B button to go back to your actual game screen and then re-enter the store once more. Do keep in mind that you might need to do this multiple times for the coins to show up
  • Also, try to re-open your game
