[Improved] "Proof of Magic" quest is stuck

Issue Description: Unable to deliver all evidence to Caleri when doing the "Proof of Magic" quest.

Update from S6 (Mar 2025): Several improvements were made to mitigate this issue in 0.174 and 0.179. Player support additionally has the ability to fix some instances of this occurring. If you encounter, please message player support for assistance.
