[Improved] Air Temple - Player can no longer get to the final island [Air vent that provides gust of wind did not activate]

Issue Description: You can no longer get to the final island. There is no airflow from the vent that is supposed to get you to the final island. Falling near the island only spawns you back to the Silverwing nest.

Update from S6 (Mar 2025): Several fixes were applied in 0.178. Majority of instances of this have been resolved, though a few reports still occur. If you encounter, please message Player Support
