[Mining] Nodes are invisible or flashing

Issue Description: 
You might see mining nodes flashing in and out of view like Christmas lights. The nodes can still be mined but the flashing may cause some discomfort and eye sensitivity issues.

- Please do not confuse the flashing bug for mining node ghost lines. That's a new game feature added to indicate that the node is still available for mining for other players after you have mined your share.
