Fishing rod gets stuck in the water or character freezes while fishing

Issue Description: It's possible that while fishing, your character would freeze or get locked, forcing you to restart Palia. 

Symptoms include:
• Not being able to cast out your line to its full throwing distance
• Freezing issues when using baits, lures, and fishing buffs
• Not being able to reel in your line after the 3 tugs and pressing the reel in action
• Random freezing while in the middle of waiting for a fish to bite

Platform(s) affected: All

Workaround: Currently, there is no other way to continue the game without restarting Palia.
