[Fixed] Vibrations/rumbles aren't working when using tools or interacting in game in Switch

Issue Description: Rumble/vibration in the controller/consoles are not working despite being turned on and set to High.

Platform(s) affected: Switch

Workaround: Though not a guaranteed fix, tweaking the rumble intensity and relaunching the game might help with the issue temporarily
