[Switch] Unable to pick up loot that was dropped from hunting, foraging, etc.

Issue Description: Switch players are unable to pick up loot from various skill activities. Known skills include hunting, foraging, mining and bug-catching.
Players also report that the bug can happen both in solo and party modes.

Platform(s) affected: NSW

Workaround: The team is aware of the issue and is currently investigating. No guarantees but restarting the game could temporarily resolve the issue.
