[Switch] Missing background music

Issue Description: There is a chance that players on Switch will experience issues with their background music. The ambient sound effects will still play but there is no music playing on the background.

Platform(s) affected: Switch

Workaround: The team is aware of the issue and is currently investigating. Relogging can restore the music but there is still a chance the bug can occur again when transitioning in between instances/maps
