(A) button on the Switch is unresponsive

Issue Description: Almost any task on Switch that involves (A) button is unresponsive

Actions include:
• picking up loot
• picking up food
• initiating with NPC
• initiating with crafters
• opening stores

Workaround: The team is aware of the issue and is currently investigating. Relogging can restore the functionality but there is still a chance the bug can occur again when transitioning between instances/maps
