[Fixed] In-game chat is not working: Just blank

Issue Description: Some players aren't seeing any text in the chat feature. Additionally, they cannot interact as well. It won't show their typed message. Restarting the game cannot fix the issue

Affected Platforms: PC and Steam

Workaround: The team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating. In the meantime, though not a guarantee fix, re-launching the game and porting from other parts of the map might help fix the issue
