[Improved] [Switch] Tools unresponsive | Tools are not equipped after selection

Issue Description: When players using controllers try to select tools, after selection, the tool wheel indicator says the tool is equipped. However, after selecting the tool, the character's hands hold nothing and are unable to use the selected tool.

Affected Platforms: All 

Workaround: Please try pressing Sprint + Glide simultaneously if the tools are no longer working. Please be aware that it may require a few attempts to get it right.

Update from S6 (Mar 2025): Improvements were made in 0.174 that mitigate several known cases. Please continue to report this issue to Player Support if you experience.
