Can't leave party| Players are told they are still in a party

Issue Description: Players are having issues leaving parties. When they leave they are told by the system that they are still in a party with 3/4 members. This bug also prevents players from joining new parties.

Workaround: The team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating.
