Caleri, Elouisa, and Hekla cannot be found in their usual spots in Kilima

Issue Description:: Caleri, Elouisa, and Hekla are missing in action. They also only appear in Maji Market. This issue can affect certain quests in the game because players are unable to turn over quests to these NPC's.
