Something Wicked | Hekla and Jina are missing from Temple of Cosmos

Issue Description: Some players experience crashing when asked to check on Jina and Hekla inside the temple of Cosmos during 'Something Wicked', Once the players relog into the game, the pair is no longer inside the temple hence the quest could not be completed.
