Rasquellywag's Riches| Quest won't update when asking Caleri about Mushpod book

Issue Description: Talking to Caleri does not seem to update the quest logs. However there is a hint in her dialogue refrencing that Hekla checked out the Mushpod book from the library as a gift for Jina.

Workaround: You can complete the quest by talking to Jina. Hekla already gave Jina the book as a present.
