Knowledge Sleuth - Caleri (FL3) | Caleri could not be found inside restricted section of library

Issue Description: Players are unable to find Caleri inside the restricted section at 10PM. Quest specifically asks to speak to Caleri inside the restricted area. Players are therefore unable to complete the quest

Workaround: The team is aware of the issue and will correct this in the upcoming patch.
