For the Boyz - cannot interact with Tish when she visits home plots

Issue Description: Players on the last steps of the quest are sometimes getting a visit from Tish. However, Tish does not want to go away and there are no dialgoues available to find out why she's there.

Workaround: The team is aware of the issue and will correct this in the upcoming patch.
