Players are getting stuck under water inside the Maji Market grounds

Issue Description: Players report that they sometimes experience crashes while inside Maji Market. This could either be from talking to NPC's, doing minigames or just usual fairgrounds activity. After the player has relogged from the crash, they now find themselves under the 'Docks' and the '/unstuck' command is unable to get them out.

Workaround: Try using the 'Go Home Button' on the Map Tab to get yourself unstuck.
