The 'Stable Board' item does not give you an option to move it or pick it up

Issue Description: Players report that they are unable to pick up or move the Stable Board inside their Home plots.

Affected Platforms: All

Workaround: None at the moment but Dev team has already reviewed the issue and will roll out a fix in the upcoming patch.
