Reporting Players In-Game

Palia's Community Guidelines were set in place to outline the rules and regulations that players should follow to foster a safe, cozy, and fun environment for all. To keep the community as it's meant to be - a place to express good vibes and creativity! - we encourage you to report any observed unruly actions by other players through our in-game reporting tools.

Best Practices

There are a few things to be mindful of when reporting a player:

  • If you are reporting a piece of chat, be sure to report the chat message as it will help us to investigate quicker.
  • Only report a player if you find them in violation of the aforementioned Community Guidelines!
  • You only need to report a player once. Sending in multiple reports doesn't guarantee that it will be actioned faster.
  • Our Player Support team will investigate every report and take action when the community guidelines have been broken. However, we will not discuss the outcome of any player report.
  • Pat yourself in the back! You've done well to keep Palia safe. <3

Types of Account Penalties

Penalties are placed on an account once a prohibited behavior or if the EULA or Terms of Service were violated. Singularity 6 reserves the right to determine a violation in sole and exclusive discretion.

Warning - This penalty is issued for accounts with confirmed reports of minor violations of the Community Guidelines or Code of Conduct. Please note that not every offense starts with a warning. Further confirmed violations may result in a higher penalty.

Temporary Suspension - This penalty is issued for medium to severe violations. The suspension may last from 1 day to months depending on the severity of the violation. Further confirmed violations may result in a longer suspension time or a higher penalty.

Permanent Ban - This penalty is issued for severe to extreme violations.

If you have received any one of the penalties above and would like to appeal, feel free to submit a ticket.
